Summer position and as needed in Handen and Nykvarn Rätt och Fel is a small company that has been in operation for 36 years and still has the same owner. Are you genuinely interested in working with adults living with various psychosocial challenges such as mental health issues, self-harm behaviors, aggressive behavior, and previous substance abuse, where neuropsychiatric diagnoses are common? As a staff member with us, you work based on the individual's personal needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Together with your colleagues, you work toward making each day meaningful and enriching. You provide support and guidance with meals, some personal care, medication management, cleaning, and contact with authorities. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and to create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are daytime, evening, and weekends. You have at least upper secondary education within healthcare and social care or equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written, good computer skills, and experience with documentation.
