Your Role as a Support Assistant
As a night support assistant, you will work in a small team with significant responsibility and presence. Your mission is to create security and continuity for our residents during the night. The work involves care, supervision, documentation, and being available when needed – always with respect and attentiveness to the individual's needs. You are an important part of creating a calm and secure environment where our residents feel safe and seen, even as the day transitions to night.
Your Profile
You are confident, responsible, and have a calm and stable approach. You work independently but enjoy collaborating in a team. With empathy and ability to understand others, you create quality of life for those we serve – by promoting independence, security, and meaningfulness in daily life. You see the value in good communication and documentation. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability and team composition, to create a work group that complements each other and promotes security, openness, and development.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent education
- Has experience working nights in care and support services
- Has good Swedish in speech and writing
It is a plus if you have:
- Experience in neuropsychiatry or rehabilitation
- Knowledge of assistive devices such as lifts, wheelchairs, and tube feeding

Within the Department of Individual & Family Care, all employees in Residential Care with Special Services and Support at Home are employed full-time but have the opportunity to reduce to the desired employment level based on operational needs.
