Here live six residents with extensive care needs, and we are now seeking a responsible and experienced employee who wants to be a safe and stable presence during the night. As a night worker, you have a central role in ensuring our residents' well-being, safety, and good living conditions – when the rest of the world is sleeping. Your Tasks As a support assistant at night, you have great responsibility for our residents' care, safety, and comfort. Our residents have multiple disabilities, extensive care needs, and use wheelchairs. Night work requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to handle unforeseen situations. You will, among other things: Provide individually adapted care during the night, including help with personal hygiene, transfers, and medical needs. Follow up and document the residents' condition, events, and any deviations. Perform necessary household tasks, such as cleaning, restocking supplies, and preparations for the morning. Be prepared to handle acute situations, such as illness, anxiety, or unforeseen events, with calm and a solution-focused approach. Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, managers, nurses, and other partners as needed. Ensure that the residence is safe and secure at night, including monitoring alarms and technical aids. Working Hours You work nights according to a rotating schedule. The work requires the ability to be awake, alert, and present throughout the shift. The position is part-time 77.67%. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you who have experience with night work in LSS or similar operations and who are passionate about providing care with a strong user focus. You are responsible, organized, and able to work independently during the night. We see that you: Have experience with night work in care or LSS Have very good knowledge of the target group with multiple disabilities and extensive care needs. Speak and write Swedish fluently and can document carefully. Have experience with low-arousal approaches and can handle challenging situations with calm and empathy. Are solution-oriented and can make quick decisions in acute situations. Have computer skills for documentation and reporting. Have relevant education, such as nursing assistant or childcare worker.
