If so, apply for the position of Support Assistant with us in our day activities program. Your Assignment In this role, you will provide daily support and help create structure for participants. You will work in a motivating and relationship-building manner. Together with the participants, you will create a safe, inspiring, and meaningful environment where participation is the focus. The work also includes documenting and following up on participants' development and progress. You will work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for participants. The position also includes traditional care tasks and some cleaning work as a natural part of daily operations. Description of the Workplace We provide day activities for people with disabilities and are now developing our work with a focus on psychiatry, substance abuse, and comorbidity. In our activities, we create meaningful activities that can lead to earned income. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant education in care, healthcare, pedagogy, or a related field. Experience in psychiatric work, CM-RACT training, and knowledge of evidence-based methods are considered additional qualifications. As a person, you are self-driven, organized, and have a solution-focused work approach. You can generate enthusiasm around tasks and activities. You work well with others, listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. You have strong pedagogical skills and an understanding of people's different capacities to learn. You lead, motivate, and empower others to effectively reach common goals. You are skilled at organizing, planning, and prioritizing your work. You see the bigger picture and consider the broader perspective, understand your role and responsibilities, and act in the best interest of the entire organization. You are a good analyst who can identify connections and solve complex questions and problems. In your role, you are thorough and aware of established goals and quality standards, placing great importance on meeting them. To thrive in this position, you need to be creative and able to think outside the box – you see opportunities where others see obstacles. A valid driver's license is a requirement for this position, as well as strong knowledge of Swedish in both speaking and writing. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
