What can we offer you?
Daily activities LSS encompasses several groups with different focuses throughout Falköping and also collaborates with the social psychiatric employment program. We are a staff of approximately 30 people and currently have about 170 participants working in our groups.
We are now offering a temporary position as a support assistant in our Media Group, located at H20. H20 also houses the Job Center, the Meeting Point, and the Main Hall. The department's two job consultants also have their workplace here.
Collaboration with other operations and functions is a natural part of the daily work, which contributes to a varied and developmental work environment.
The position involves a certain mentoring role where you, together with colleagues and the individual, plan, design, and assist in their workday. All to support the user's participation, self-determination, and integrity.
What are we looking for in you?
For the role of support assistant, you should have upper secondary education in the care program or children and leisure program, with specialization in the activity area.
This position requires extensive knowledge of digital creation, strong computer skills, and great creativity to develop new tasks within Media/Data. You must be able to work independently while we also highly value your collaboration skills. Being flexible and able to take initiative, being responsive and seeing opportunities, as well as having a pedagogical mindset are other qualities we want you to have.
Experience with implementation plans and documentation is an additional plus.
A manual B driving license is required.
You should also have a professional approach, promote good cooperation with the user's various networks, communicate with users and people around them in an empathetic, responsive, and respectful manner, and above all have a positive outlook and genuine interest in meeting people.
Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
Information
The position is a one-year temporary contract starting in October, but there may also be an opportunity for a permanent position.
