Your Responsibilities
This role involves providing support to individuals with varying disabilities. The position entails working as part of a team. We support individuals in their homes with all aspects of their personal care.
We conduct motivational work to strengthen and maintain each individual's abilities in daily life. The work is characterized by a social perspective where the individual's needs are at the center. In this role, we support individuals in achieving a good quality of life based on their individual needs. Your support makes a difference and is valuable. Working hours vary between day and evening shifts, plus every other weekend. You have the opportunity to choose your desired level of employment. We offer a varied profession where no two days are alike. What remains constant is the energy and joy our residents bring to our work every day.
Your Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with relevant education to work with individuals with disabilities, such as recreational leaders, treatment pedagogues, social program graduates with a behavioral focus, nursing assistants, or education in social work. We want you to have previous work experience in this field.
To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to be able to work independently and be flexible in your approach. You must have good self-awareness and be confident. We place great importance on strong collaboration and empathetic abilities. We want you to have a genuine interest in people and the ability to see solutions and opportunities. The position requires basic IT skills and the ability to work with the systems we use for documentation and similar tasks. Since we work with social documentation, it is important that you can express yourself both in writing and verbally in Swedish. A driver's license is a merit but not a requirement.
