For our store in Tranås, we need to strengthen our team with a service-oriented and relationship-building sales person who is passionate about customer interactions. Job Duties: Work actively with sales and advising customers on our broad range within Animals and Garden, Agriculture/Forestry, and Home/Living. Cashier work and unpacking goods. Planning and tracking customer activities, product displays, and restocking. Heavy lifting occurs. Assistant Store Manager duties: Administrative support. Scheduling. Responsibility for ensuring daily operations run smoothly when the regular store manager is not present. Qualifications: We are looking for someone with retail sales experience and knowledge of and interest in our product range. A forklift certificate is a plus. In the assistant store manager role, you support the store manager regarding administrative matters and also fill in for the regular store manager. Therefore, we would prefer that you enjoy administrative work and have ambition to develop as a leader. Personal qualities such as high service awareness, drive, good teamwork ability, organizational skills, and genuine interest in our customers are some of the qualities we value highly.
