About the Role As a sales associate at Granngården, you'll meet customers daily with different needs in animals, gardening, agriculture, forestry, and home and living. You provide professional advice, create inspiring customer interactions, and help ensure the store always maintains high standards. In your role as assistant store manager, you'll also be an important support to the store manager and be responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly when the regular store manager is not present. Your Main Responsibilities As a sales associate: Active sales and advice across our broad product range. Cash register work and customer service. Unpacking and restocking merchandise. Planning and implementing customer activities. Merchandise display and store maintenance to create an inspiring shopping experience. Heavy lifting occurs. As assistant store manager: Administrative support to the store manager. Scheduling and planning. Responsible for daily operations in the store manager's absence. Help create structure, engagement, and a good work environment in the team. Sales coaching for store sales associates. Who Are You?
