JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a facilities cleaner at Stenungsundshem, you will perform cleaning and maintenance work in our stairwells and common areas within our property portfolio. You work in a team where you collaborate with our property managers and environmental specialists. We can offer varied tasks and development opportunities. You are responsible for maintaining and developing good customer relationships and for ensuring that the properties you are responsible for are clean and well-kept. Your direct supervisor is the property manager responsible for indoor and outdoor maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, you should have relevant education or experience in the facilities cleaning industry. We would like to see that you have worked or are currently working as a facilities cleaner. As a person, you are service-oriented, have a natural ability to build and maintain relationships. You work well with others by being attentive and flexible and can adapt to different situations and people. You are confident and stable. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for your tasks and working in a structured manner. The role requires that you express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and that you have a category B driver's license.
