Job Description As a stationary security guard, you are customer-focused and the company's face to the outside world. You often work at an entrance and are there for visitors, welcoming everyone with professional service, where safety and service are in focus. Here you deliver security by being attentive and ensuring that everything is in order. This position suits you if you want a social role where you come into contact with many people. We operate every day of the year. Shifts vary in length, but we typically work 12-hour shifts, either day or night. Days can be intense with a fast pace and lots of customer contact, while night shifts are calmer. Often this includes rounds of the premises, looking for any deviations and gaps in the customer's security and protection. The most important thing during nights is that we are attentive and vigilant when the premises are empty. It is therefore important that you thrive in a dynamic environment, have good administrative abilities, and feel comfortable working under periodically high work tempo. Good to Know Access to your own car is an advantage as there are limited options for public transportation to the workplace. This role suits people who enjoy administration, service, and customer contact. Since the operation requires a longer introduction and training period, we are looking for candidates interested in a long-term employment and who want to develop in the role over time. Qualifications Requirements Approved grades in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school Good knowledge of English Category B driver's license Meritorious if you already are a trained security guard (Vu1 & Vu2) have worked with similar tasks before have good computer skills and experience in reception or administrative work As a person, we believe you are service-oriented, calm, and organized and can handle periodically high work tempo. You are interested in technology and have an easy time understanding instructions. We see that you are an independent person who trusts your own abilities, quickly understands problems, and solves them in a creative way. You have a systematic and thorough approach with an eye for detail. Great weight will be given to your personal suitability for the position.
