This position begins with a four-month paid training program at our Training Center, where you'll receive a solid introduction and foundational training in transformer assembly. The training takes place during daytime hours, combining theory with practical hands-on work, so you'll have the best conditions to apply your new knowledge in production. After completing the training, we see good opportunities for a permanent position.

About You
We see that you're a curious person who enjoys working both in teams and independently

We see that you're a flexible team player who collaborates smoothly with colleagues with humility and good communication
You're fluent in Swedish or English, both spoken and written
You can work two shifts (morning/evening)
Training Includes
Forklift, overhead crane, and skycliff certification
CPR and fire safety training
Fundamental knowledge in safety, health, and work environment
Theoretical training in the form of blueprint reading, technical instructions, and work methods
Practical training in soldering, pressing, insulation, and assembly work
This position starts as a fixed-term contract with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position. After completing the training, you'll work two shifts (morning and evening).
