Start-up in Preventive Care Seeking B2B Sales Representative

We are looking for a sales professional who wants to be part of building the future of preventive care. We're seeking someone with solid experience in B2B sales to small and medium-sized companies, and who is now looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity. You have experience selling services that companies purchase to take care of their employees. You own the entire sales process, from finding the right company and booking meetings, to closing the deal. You will primarily speak with CEOs and owners at smaller companies throughout Sweden. Beyond sales experience, personality is crucial to us. We are a small team where relationships and trust are everything, both with clients and internally. You are unpretentious, relationship-focused, and comfortable with taking ownership. Förebygga is a digital healthcare provider focused on preventive care. You will be our first sales hire and will work closely with our CEO. The team currently includes doctors, psychologists, and developers. You'll get to work with skilled, hardworking, and friendly colleagues. The job is digital, but you need to live in Sweden. Travel for in-person client meetings may occur. This is a trial employment position, and you will receive a competitive fixed salary during the trial period. After that, there is potential for options and/or commission.
