Åsle Friskola and Preschool is now seeking a permanent substitute who can work primarily in preschool but also in school where teaching may occur, as well as in the kitchen and cleaning. Åsle Friskola and Preschool is located in Åsle village in the heart of beautiful Falbygden, approximately 10 minutes by car from Falköping. The preschool has 44 spaces divided among three departments: Lilltån, Mellantån, and Stortån. The school has just over 80 students distributed between grades F-6, and we work in mixed-age classes. The independent school took over the municipal school in autumn 2021, and we are now in our fifth school year. We are a non-profit independent school, which means all surplus goes directly into operations and back to our students. We are proud of our school and the activities conducted here today and want this work to continue in the same positive spirit. The work environment is characterized by security and a pedagogy that leads to joyful learning. Qualifications/Competencies We are looking for someone who is flexible and ideally has experience working in preschool and school. You are skilled at building good relationships with students, children, guardians, and colleagues. You have the ability to create a good work climate with engagement, curiosity, and security in the group, and you see and meet students' and children's different needs based on their varying conditions. You also have a positive attitude, a flexible work approach, and good cooperation skills. You are someone who fits well with competent colleagues who enjoy their work! Your New Job Your tasks will vary and your days will look different depending on where the need is on the unit. However, you will primarily be based in the preschool.
