Scaffolder needed at Järfälla Utemiljö AB
Järfälla Utemiljö AB is seeking an experienced and responsible scaffolder for work in Järfälla and other parts of the Stockholm area.
Järfälla Utemiljö AB is a company engaged in earthwork and foundation work, property maintenance, grounds care, landscaping, and other related services. We are now looking for a thorough and safety-conscious scaffolder who wants to become part of our operations.
About the Position
As a scaffolder, you will work with the assembly, modification, and dismantling of various types of building scaffolding. Work is performed at varying job sites in Järfälla and the Stockholm area.
The work is physically demanding and is often conducted outdoors. It is therefore important that you are in good physical condition, are comfortable working at heights, and always follow applicable occupational health and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
Your work tasks will include:
assemble, modify, and dismantle building scaffolding
inspect that scaffolding is stable, secure, and correctly anchored
load, unload, carry, and sort scaffolding materials
follow assembly instructions, work preparations, and safety regulations
use personal protective equipment and fall protection
cordon off and keep the work area safe and organized
inspect materials and report damage or deficiencies
cooperate with supervisors, colleagues, and other trades on the job site
when needed, perform other related work tasks within construction, earthwork, and property maintenance
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
has experience working as a scaffolder
has relevant and documented scaffolding training
has good understanding of occupational health and safety when working at heights
can follow drawings, assembly instructions, and supervisor guidance
is responsible, thorough, and safety-conscious
has good physical capability and can perform physically demanding work
can work both independently and as part of a team
can communicate in Swedish or English to the extent required to understand work and safety instructions
B driver's license is a merit.
It is also a merit if you have:
a trade certificate or competency certificate as a scaffolder
special training in scaffolding
documented fall protection training
experience with weather protection or more complex scaffolding structures
experience from the construction, earthwork, or property maintenance industry

To succeed in this position, you need to be reliable, punctual, and responsible. You work in a structured manner and prioritize safety above all else. You must also be able to adapt to different work sites, tasks, and weather conditions.
