Together, you'll ensure that things run smoothly, and when the store manager isn't on-site, you take the helm. You serve as a reliable leader and role model for the team, maintaining order across everything from the checkout to the warehouse, and you work to ensure the store not only reaches its goals – but ideally exceeds them.
