About the Role
As Deputy Area Manager, you'll work closely with the Area Manager and play an active role in leading, developing, and monitoring the business. You have particular responsibility for creating structure, driving initiatives, and ensuring that work runs efficiently, while also providing operational and administrative support in daily operations.
The role involves extensive direct contact with our tenants with a clear focus on service. You share responsibility for staffing the reception and ensuring that tenant phone lines run smoothly and professionally. You handle tenant inquiries of varying nature, from simple questions to more complex matters, and ensure that each tenant receives good treatment and quick, accurate handling. You actively work to build and develop good customer relationships and ensure high quality in service and delivery.
You will also work on mapping property maintenance needs and planning and prioritizing maintenance measures both in the short and long term. The role also includes work with rental law matters, which requires a good understanding of laws and regulations in the field.
You will also work with key management and access systems, which places high demands on accuracy, responsibility, and structure.
About You
We're looking for an engaged and solution-oriented person for the role of Deputy Area Manager, a key position where you provide close support to the Area Manager and are an important part of the business's development. You enjoy meeting people and have a natural sense of service. You're the person tenants meet at reception and speak with on the phone, and you represent Partillebo in a professional and warm way in every interaction. You have the ability to switch between the big picture and small details, from administrative tasks and tenant matters to driving projects and supporting both everyday and complex decisions.
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in property management and maintenance
Education as a property manager or equivalent post-secondary education
B driver's license
Good Swedish skills, both spoken and written
Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems
Experience with customer service and/or direct customer or tenant contact
Experience with budget work, follow-up, and cost control
Experience with contractor management or supplier contacts
Knowledge of laws and regulations in property management
Experience mapping and planning maintenance measures
Good knowledge of rental law
Meritorious:
Experience working in a leadership or coordinating role
Experience with reception or customer service
Experience working in digital systems for property management and access systems
Advanced expertise in rental law and handling rental law matters
