WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE Together with the store manager, you are responsible for optimizing the store's routines, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving good sales results. You ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and a positive, energetic work environment. You support the store manager by communicating with, leading, and coaching the store team. You conduct sales training with store employees. You're happy to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where needed, from receiving merchandise to sales. WHAT YOU SHOULD CONTRIBUTE Experience leading, motivating, and developing a team The ability to inspire and communicate to create a positive work environment Passionate commitment to sales and customer service. Efficiency and composure, even in stressful situations. Focus on results and a drive to always improve. You prefer having a day off mid-week so you can be ready for customers and your team at work during the weekend. A desire to develop your leadership skills.
