Then you might be just who we're looking for! We are now seeking an operator/setup person for our machining department in Kulltorp. About the position As an operator/setup person with us, you will work with our CNC-controlled lathes and machines in a modern, development-focused environment. You are responsible for staffing and setup, particularly in our turning department. The position is full-time (100%) and involves working afternoon/evening shifts on a continuous basis. The role includes, among other things: Prioritize and plan work together with the team leader Staff and start up processes on assigned machines Document according to established procedures Perform tool changes and optimize machining with a focus on quality and efficiency Measure and verify that products meet quality requirements Support colleagues within the team and contribute to daily improvement work Handle equipment correctly according to service and maintenance procedures Your profile We are looking for someone with a technical interest who enjoys working with machines. You are curious, thorough, and want to develop together with us.
