National Bredaryd was founded in 1975 and is a company within the National Sweden group. The group has production facilities in Bredaryd, Halmstad, Högsäter, and Gent. National Bredaryd has built a completely new, state-of-the-art facility in top condition. We are a collaboration partner and supplier to many different companies around the world. We extrude plastic products for general industry, automotive, and medical technology. We are in a growth phase that will continue for many years to come. Both our workforce and management are a mix of women and men with different backgrounds. Job Information Initially, you will work as an operator to learn our production processes. Your main tasks will then be setting up and running tools in various machines for manufacturing plastic parts. In the beginning, you will work alongside an experienced setup technician until you feel comfortable in the role. The work is highly varied. You will later be responsible for starting up new products and need to have your own drive, take responsibility, and be solution-focused. You will also assist as an operator when the machines are running. Full-time position. Shift work. Salary according to the current collective agreement, the I-agreement. The work involves both independent work and teamwork, but you will work in a team of setup technicians and operators, and being a team player is therefore essential for success and wellbeing. You should have: · Experience with extrusion of hoses/profiles is an advantage. · Good knowledge of process technology and materials science with experience setting up different types of machines. · Good knowledge of mathematics and measurement techniques, as the job requires you to perform certain calculations. · Good Swedish in both speech and writing - as all information is in Swedish.
