About the Role As a stable worker in your area, you are responsible for the daily care of horses and the stable environment — everything from feeding and mucking out to grooming and equipment handling. The role involves hands-on work with animals, maintaining clean and safe stable aisles, and careful supervision to ensure the horses' well-being. What You Will Do Feed and water horses according to routines Muck out stalls and keep stable aisles clean and safe Groom, tack up, and prepare horses for training or competition Perform basic maintenance of stables and equipment Follow instructions for medication and health monitoring Collaborate with trainers, veterinarians, and colleagues Work according to safety procedures for both animals and people Work evenings, early mornings, and weekends as needed What You Bring Experience in stable work or relevant training Good knowledge of animals and ability to recognize signs of health issues; ability to follow medical instructions Physical endurance and ability to work at varying times You are driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver high quality, every time You collaborate and lift up the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn in the workplace Salary and Employment Type These positions can be offered as full-time, part-time, or as needed.
