As a service worker, you have an important role in creating clean, safe, and pleasant environments for those who live and work in Svedala municipality. We are now seeking several new team members for our operations: Service Worker with permanent full-time employment, placed at one or more of the municipality's facilities. Work Tasks: Perform daily facility maintenance and cleaning in the municipality's various operational facilities. Plan and carry out cleaning assignments according to schedule and established procedures. Ensure that facilities are clean, pleasant, and well-maintained. Use cleaning machines, tools, and cleaning products safely and appropriately. Notice and report deviations, damage, or need for maintenance and corrective actions. Maintain contact and dialogue with the operation's employees, users, and other contact persons as needed. Contribute to good cooperation and good service in contact with the operation. Follow the municipality's routines and guidelines for work environment, quality, and hygiene. Competencies To succeed in this assignment, you need to be responsible and adapt well to changed conditions. You are proactive and gladly contribute ideas for improvements and new ways of working. With good collaboration skills and a positive approach, you build trust and establish good relationships with both colleagues and others you meet at work. Working independently comes naturally to you; you take personal responsibility, are thorough, and ensure that your work tasks are completed with high quality. Experience in facility management and SRY certification or equivalent training are merit factors.
