About You We are looking for someone with previous experience in the cleaning industry, preferably from residential cleaning and cleaning for associations. For us it is important that you have an eye for details and finishing touches and take pride in leaving well-executed work behind you. Our customers should feel secure with both you and the work you perform. You need to be able to work independently as well as together with others, dare to take your own initiative and be able to maintain a good pace without compromising on quality. We are looking for someone who: Is hardworking, thorough and efficient Is cheerful, positive and service-oriented Is organized and takes responsibility Has previous experience with professional cleaning Preferably has experience with residential cleaning and cleaning for associations Has an eye for details and that special finishing touch Can work both independently and in a team Dares to take own initiative and sees what needs to be done Enjoys varied work and can maintain a good pace Has excellent customer service skills Is reliable and arrives on time Is flexible when operational needs vary Has a B driver's license – this is a requirement for the position Working with Us As a family business, we value community, trust, responsibility and good collaboration.
