Cleaner/Facilities Attendant with Experience and Class B Driver's License Wanted
We are now seeking a meticulous, service-oriented, and responsible cleaner/facilities attendant to join our team. The work consists primarily of home cleaning for private individuals. This position is perfect for you if you have previous cleaning experience, enjoy working both independently and together with a colleague, and want to deliver high quality and excellent service to our customers.
Job Duties
· Perform home cleaning for private individuals according to agreed-upon routines and customer preferences.
· Ensure that work tasks are performed carefully, efficiently, and with high quality.
· Use cleaning equipment and cleaning products in a safe and professional manner.
· Follow scheduled working hours and adapt work to customer needs.
· Transport yourself between different customer assignments using a company vehicle.
· Work in pairs with a colleague throughout the workday.
Qualifications
· You have previous experience in home cleaning, cleaning, or facilities maintenance.
· You have a Class B driver's license.
· You can work independently and take full responsibility.
· You are meticulous, punctual, and reliable.
· You have a professional demeanor toward customers and colleagues.
· You have good customer understanding and can adapt work to customer needs.
· You can communicate in Swedish or English at work.
About You
As a person, you are positive, flexible, and have a clear service mindset. You like to do a good job, are attentive to details, and can plan your work efficiently. Since the work takes place in customers' homes, it is important that you are pleasant, respectful, discreet, and solution-oriented.
Employment Information
· Extent: 80%
· Employment Type: Part-time Position
· Collective Agreement: We have a collective agreement with Kommunal according to the home services agreement.
· Salary: According to collective agreement with Kommunal, home services agreement.
· Company vehicle is provided. You work in pairs and use the company vehicle during the workday.
· Start: By agreement
· Work Location: Work is based from our office in Veberöd.
