Main Responsibilities - plan, coordinate, and ensure students' (course) participation in the learning process and events organized by the educational institution; - conduct educational and development work with students (course); - participate in evaluating students' (course) academic performance to ensure their preparation for qualification assignment; - participate in developing documents for assessing student performance and skills; - conduct classes in accordance with class schedules and curricula; - support the development of teaching methodological materials; - provide individual support to students in accordance with their abilities and needs; - participate in planning necessary resources and coordinate the provision of students (course) with required materials (uniforms, footwear, educational materials, etc.); - prepare reports and conduct analysis of students' (course) academic performance and other matters (work with the school management system "E-klase"); - organize and monitor compliance with the educational institution's internal regulations; - participate in qualification exams and student admissions organized by the educational institution; - participate in working groups and committees on matters within the scope of the position. Requirements for Candidates - first-level professional higher education, preferably with at least two credit points (or at least 72 hours) in a study program related to pedagogy; - completed senior instructor course; higher instructor course preferred; - experience in organizing/conducting training in the defense sector; preferably experience in an instructor position; - understanding of the defense sector will be valued; - ability to analyze and compile large volumes of various types of information; - experience in preparing documents (draft regulatory acts); - skills in planning and organizing work, excellent communication and presentation skills; - user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; - previous work experience with DVS Namejs and the school management system "E-klase" will be considered an advantage; - state language knowledge at the highest level; - valid e-signature.
