We are now recruiting an ST doctor (resident) for Bräcke Healthcare Center Nyhälsan in Nässjö, with a branch in Forserum. Your Role in the Team With us, you'll have the opportunity to develop in areas that interest you and build on your expertise throughout your ST (specialist training). The work is broad within general medicine, from brief consultations to patient contacts that span longer periods. In the doctor group, colleagues are nearby for mentoring and medical discussions. Around the patient, you'll also collaborate with nurses, rehabilitation staff, and the psychosocial team. This provides multiple perspectives and a broader understanding that you'll carry with you as you develop as a general practitioner. Your ST follows Region Jönköping's structure for ST in general medicine and will be planned together with you based on training objectives. If you need to complete BT (basic training), it can be conducted as an integrated part at the beginning of your ST. You'll have a primary mentor whom you meet regularly, with dedicated time for mentoring and studies. About Nyhälsan Nyhälsan is a healthcare center in Nässjö with a branch in Forserum and approximately 7,800 registered patients. Here we handle the full scope of general medicine and have specialized clinics in areas such as diabetes and asthma/COPD. Continuity and long-term patient relationships are important to us, with the psychosocial team and rehabilitation close at hand. We are part of Bräcke diakoni, which through shared networks connects five healthcare centers in Region Jönköping and Västra Götaland. There we share knowledge and experiences that help us develop healthcare together. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with Swedish medical licensure who wants to specialize in general medicine. You take responsibility for your medical assessments and appreciate discussing and learning together with others.
