Within the operational area there is also one of Sweden's largest areas for addiction medicine. WORK TASKS The structure of the positions is planned in consultation with the ST chief, study director, and supervisor. The content follows the target description established to achieve specialist competence in adult psychiatry. Many of our ST physicians engage in research, teaching, and quality work. Clinical service under supervision, structured supervisor conversations, courses and seminars to achieve the target description in the ST program are self-evident. Competence development is also offered through regular teaching at ST seminars, clinical group supervision, and returning activities where you are given the opportunity to meet the same patient group and develop your clinical skills. Completed Swedish AT or BT is a requirement to apply for the position. Swedish language skills at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required. If you have experience in adult and/or child psychiatry, this is advantageous. We would like to see that you have experience or interest in research. You are someone with good communication skills and can convey knowledge in a clear and educational way and involve the patient in their care.
