The health center is one of 33 region-operated health centers that are part of Primärvårdscentrum and is centrally located in Skäggetorp in pleasant and functional facilities. The approximately 9,000 patients registered at the health center largely have a multicultural background, and the patient's encounter and relationship with care is of particular importance. Currently, approximately 40 employees of various professions work at the health center. There is also a training clinic for doctors trained in other countries.
Region Östergötland's ST-training in General Medicine is organized by the General Medicine Training Center (AMC), where study directors and training secretaries coordinate side-studies, arrange courses and training, and participate in the development of the ST-doctor's training plan. Job Description
We are seeking an ST-doctor in General Medicine for our medical clinic, which currently consists of 4 specialist doctors, 4 ST-doctors and 4 licensed doctors. We offer you challenging and varied work. We believe that you are seeking primary care because you are interested in the breadth of the general medicine specialty and can imagine a future in primary care. As an ST-doctor with us, you will receive regular supervision and in addition to attending ST meetings, you will have the opportunity to participate in training together with other junior doctors, AT-doctors and ST-doctors at the health center.
Work Team
Currently, approximately 40 employees of various professions work at the health center, working with different specialist clinics. There is also a training clinic for doctors trained in other countries.

About You
You are a licensed doctor and hold a medical license issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen). You have Swedish language skills corresponding to documented level C1, as you must be able to communicate with patients, relatives and colleagues without limitation. If you have not completed AT or have approved Basic Competence according to BT, there is the possibility to do BT during the first year of employment.
You have good collaboration skills and can plan, organize and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and communicate clearly. We want you to be unpretentious and enjoy working in a team. We place great emphasis on personal qualities, and we would like to see that you have a positive attitude towards working with patients with a multicultural background.
