Job Description We offer you challenging and varied work where we operate on a team basis with all professions at the health center. We believe you are seeking a position in primary care because you are interested in the breadth of the general medicine specialty and can envision a future in primary care. As an ST doctor with us, you will receive regular supervision and, in addition to participating in ST meetings, have the opportunity to participate in education together with other junior doctors, AT doctors, and ST doctors at the health center. The health center is approximately 35 minutes' drive from Linköping and is part of Primärvårdscentrum (PVC) and currently has approximately 10,200 registered patients. The health center has a medical clinic, specialist nurse clinics, nurse clinic, child health care, psychosocial expertise, foot care, and laboratory. We are also responsible for a number of care homes. The position includes regular clinic work as well as service at the on-call center; in the latter part of ST, home on-call duty is included. Work Group We are approximately 45 employees at the health center who enjoy working together in an open work climate. The medical clinic consists of six specialist doctors, five ST doctors, and one licensed doctor. About You You are a licensed doctor and hold a medical license issued by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. You have Swedish language skills equivalent to documented level C1, as you must be able to communicate with patients, relatives, and colleagues without hindrance. If you need to complete basic service (BT) according to (HSLF-FS 2021:8), it is included as an integrated part of your specialist service (ST) with us. As a person, you have good cooperation skills and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and communicate clearly. We want you to be unpretentious and enjoy working in a team. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. It is desirable that you have a category B driving license.
