Then don't hesitate to apply to us at Vårdcentralen Påarp! Vårdcentralen Påarp-Mörarp is the small primary care center with a big heart! Here we work in newly renovated and well-equipped facilities. We are a well-functioning clinic with high expertise and well-developed routines where we work in teams around our patients. We continuously work to develop our operations to offer our patients good and accessible care. We are approximately 25 employees and our work group consists of specialists in general medicine, ST doctors, AT doctors, district nurses, nurses, medical secretaries, nursing assistants, a social worker, physiotherapists, a dietitian and an occupational therapist. In our facilities there is also a child health center (BVC) and specialist clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, cognitive behavioral therapy, hypertension and dementia. We have a well-functioning ReKo team with a doctor and social worker that meets every other week. Additionally, we are also responsible for a nursing home, Bokliden, located in Mörarp. With high continuity and service spirit as well as a good work climate and social activities, we are a team that enjoys working together and develops professionally. We have fun at work. With our geographic location, we have a combination of proximity to the hospital and elements of rural medicine. We take our educational responsibility seriously and all specialists are interested in mentoring. Vårdcentralen Påarp-Mörarp is located just southeast of Helsingborg - just a few minutes' walk from the train station and close to the exits for E6 and E4. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES We now look forward to welcoming a driven and committed physician who wants to help develop our operations with a focus on medical quality, patient safety and a good work environment. With us you will be offered varied and developmental work where you as a physician work in a team with other specialists and doctors. In your role you will have both acute and scheduled clinics where you have access to specialists for any questions. You will meet patients of all ages with varying medical issues, which gives you broad clinical experience and a solid foundation for specialist competence in general medicine. Your training will be tailored in consultation with your mentor and study director to take advantage of your interests while also making the training as optimal, varied, challenging and interesting as possible. This is so you gain good knowledge and experience that you can carry with you in your continued work as a specialist physician in primary care. As an ST doctor you will follow your ST plan and we offer a supportive educational environment on your path to specialist physician competence. In addition to mandatory ST courses and participation in ST days, you will be offered good development opportunities with continuous training, both internally and externally based on your interests and the clinic's needs. You will also have dedicated time for studies and mentoring each week. As a new employee with us you will receive an introduction adapted to your experience, so you can integrate into the operations in a good way. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you as a licensed physician with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare and you have also completed your AT or BT. Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. It is meritorious if you have experience working in primary care and experience from Hälsovalet. Additionally, it is desirable that you have knowledge of our systems PMO, Melior and Mina Planer. A permanent position as an ST doctor may be preceded by a fixed-term position as an assistant doctor for a period of three to six months in accordance with regional guidelines for filling ST doctor positions in Primary Care.
