About the Position As an ST doctor in general medicine with us, you'll work with common tasks at a healthcare center: - Your own practice with scheduled and acute visits - Teamwork with nurses and other professionals - Participation in developing work methods, workflows, and medical quality What We Offer - A dedicated mentor and allocated mentoring time each week - An individual training plan where you can influence content and development - A collegial climate with collaboration across professional boundaries - Continuing education and support in mandatory ST components and courses - Monday–Friday working hours We follow Region Skåne's processes/guidelines for ST in general medicine (including PRE-ST and agreements). We'll help you get started on the right track. Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: - Is a licensed physician with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare - Has a genuine interest in general medicine and the breadth of primary care - Is comfortable with responsibility, continuity, and teamwork - Has Swedish equivalent to C1 (required)
