A B-category driver's license is a merit. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a person, you have a strong ability to work independently and responsibly, while being flexible and able to adapt to new challenges and changes. You thrive in an interprofessional team and have strong collaborative skills to jointly improve care processes and patient interactions. You are interested in and capable of contributing to development work at both individual and organizational levels. You have good communication skills and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing to promote good collaboration and a patient-centered approach. You are willing to take personal responsibility for your education while receiving close support from your supervisor, manager, and study director. Your responsibilities will include clinic work for both acute and scheduled cases, child health services, home care services, and residential care for the elderly. As an ST doctor, you are responsible for your own development and education with support from your supervisor, unit manager, and study director. You will work according to an individualized training plan that is adapted to your needs and educational goals.
