Would you like to complete your ST at a health center where there is a short distance between idea and decision? Freya Health Center is an independent, doctor-led health center in Frövi with approximately 6,200 registered patients. We provide primary care on behalf of Region Örebro County, and as an ST physician, you will participate in ST training under the same conditions as at county-run health centers. We believe in primary care where the general medicine mission is at the center. Our organization is designed to facilitate work for the patient's benefit. We focus on solving problems and change our working methods when something can function better. About the workplace Freya Health Center has been operated privately since February 2025. The health center is small but fully operational and also includes child health care and maternal health care. We stand for medical quality, professionalism, and warm patient care. We are a small organization with short decision-making paths. This means that as an ST physician, you have close access to both supervision and support in your daily work, but also the opportunity to be involved in developing how we work. There is a good chance to continue the position here after completing your specialist training. About the position As an ST physician with us, you will work with the full spectrum of general medicine and meet patients of all ages. The work includes scheduled and acute consultations as well as continuity care for your own patients. Your ST is planned individually based on the National Board of Health and Welfare's goal description. You will receive regular supervision from a specialist in general medicine and participate in Region Örebro County's common training activities. We want you to progressively develop both independence and confidence in the physician role during your ST. With us, there is also the opportunity to engage in the development of the practice and influence how we work. We expect everyone who works with us to take responsibility for their own tasks and at the same time contribute to the operation as a whole. Qualifications Medical degree and Swedish medical license from the National Board of Health and Welfare. Very good knowledge of Swedish (minimum level C) Merits We view all previous clinical experience positively.
