Completing specialty training in primary care in Dalarna is an exciting assignment with great variety in patient encounters. In southern Dalarna, we are seeking specialty trainee physicians in general medicine for several health centers. The area is characterized by development and entrepreneurship, and collaboration between different actors to improve services for residents is never far away. We offer, among other things, wellness allowances and access to training facilities, group training and gyms at our larger facilities. Job Duties The position involves typical health center tasks such as own clinic hours, child health services, and care and collaboration with the municipality. This alternates with courses and side assignments. The position's content follows the objective description according to SOFS 2015/HSLF-FS 2021:8. For your development, there are good opportunities to build expertise as a specialist in general medicine. We offer professional support in the form of mentors and study directors and committed administrators who assist you with, for example, booking side assignments and courses. Qualifications Requirements: We are looking for someone with a strong interest in general medicine. To be eligible for the position, you must have a valid Swedish medical license or obtain it when taking up the position. In other words, it is fine to apply at the end of AT or BT. You are easy to collaborate with while driving and taking responsibility for your own work, are motivated and have good self-awareness. You have the knowledge, skills and attitudes required during specialty training. You can communicate with patients and colleagues without difficulty.
