The ST Physician Role Bra Liv Vråen is growing and we are looking for an additional ST physician in general medicine. The position is a permanent employment at 100%, but the employment level is negotiable based on your preferences. Start date by agreement. As an ST physician at Bra Liv Vråen Primary Care Center, you work alongside other dedicated ST physicians and experienced specialists in general medicine. All physicians at the center are passionate about helping new colleagues, which means you will be well taken care of. Work at the primary care center is varied, including scheduled and acute patient visits. Over time, you will also work with child health services, visits to care facilities, and on-call shifts at Närakuten. Continuity is important to us, so you will primarily see your own patients. We continuously work to develop our teams and strengthen collaboration between different professions. We work closely with Rydaholms Primary Care Center. Värnamo is a beautiful and pleasant city where the Lagan river flows gently by. About 22,500 residents live in the city center and about 34,600 in the municipality. Your Profile We are looking for someone who: • Has Swedish medical licensure and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level). • Can work independently but also collaborate with other professions. • Is committed and responsible and understands the importance of good patient care. • Is flexible and wants to develop and improve the operation together with us. • Acquires new knowledge and can be a resource for your colleagues. • Can adapt your work, approach, and professional conduct based on the patient and situation. • Through good cooperation with management and colleagues, wants to contribute to creating engagement and a good work environment. A B driving license is an advantage but not a requirement.
