About the Position The Fall Protection department within Operations Development is now seeking a training coordinator. As a trainer with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on training initiatives within our operational area. You work closely with both employees and managers to ensure high quality and relevance in the training programs. Your responsibilities include training and evaluating course participants, planning, developing, and administering training programs. You will also support managers in recruiting new operators. You will have an important role in introducing and training course participants in SSAB's way of working at SSAB Luleå. Initially, you will primarily provide training in forklift and crane operations. You will also have the opportunity for professional development so that you can conduct training in additional areas. In our exciting transformation journey, where SSAB Luleå will begin producing fossil-free steel, skills development is a critical factor. You will therefore have an important role in contributing to the development of how we will conduct training efficiently at SSAB Luleå in the future. Your Main Areas of Responsibility - Plan and implement training, both in-person and digitally - Adapt training materials according to target audience and needs - Evaluate and develop training initiatives - Support operations in competency development matters - Conduct workshops, introductions, and seminars About You - Experience in training and coaching others - Strong pedagogical skills and experience speaking to groups - Good communication skills in Swedish and English - Ability to work in a structured and independent manner - Experience with digital tools or creating training materials is a plus - Experience in the industrial sector is a plus Our Offer We offer a broad range of valued benefits to our employees.
