About the position Over the coming years, SSAB Luleå will transform its steel production – one of the largest industrial changes in modern times. This will entail new conditions and requirements in many different areas. As a Coordinator, you will be part of the Support & Service section and become an important link between today's operations and the transformation project. You are a key person who makes things happen by solving practical tasks that require local knowledge of SSAB Luleå's working methods, routines, and contact channels. This could include, for example, supporting the establishment of contractors, ensuring that signage and wayfinding work properly, and creating the right connections between different functions. Your main areas of responsibility You are present where things happen and contribute to good communication and collaboration between production and the transformation project You support the business in developing new or revising working methods and routines Depending on the type and scope of tasks, you either perform them yourself or procure services from external or internal suppliers You contribute to a structured working approach within the section and ensure that daily operations run smoothly About you You have a flexible mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to changed circumstances and can navigate independently in new areas. You are action-oriented and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and appropriately You are an open, positive person and a receptive team player with good ability to collaborate with others in close dialogue You enjoy being on-site close to operations – where things happen.
