About the position As an electrical technician in the Coke Plant's Electrical Maintenance department, you work with preparing, planning and coordinating maintenance work within electrical, instrumentation and automation, which in practice means handling work orders, monitoring ongoing work and quality assurance of final results. Based on your experience and expertise, you suggest systems and solutions for preventive maintenance and assist in investment and project planning of production equipment. You participate in decisions on methods, resource procurement and organization of maintenance work. Your role includes coordination, directing and leading maintenance work and you also act as a contact person for both internal and external contacts. Finally, you actively contribute to our team working according to given procedures within the project's budget framework. The position is full-time and working hours are daytime. Your main areas of responsibility • Prepare, plan and coordinate maintenance work within electrical, instrumentation and automation • Handle work orders, monitoring and quality assurance • Preventive maintenance and assist with investment and project planning • Coordination • Procurement of goods and services • Invoice handling • Parts planning About you • We are looking for someone with a diploma from upper secondary school, with a focus on electrical & automation, data and instrumentation technology or equivalent. • Experience in industrial control and instrumentation technology, operation and maintenance of active equipment in the field and theoretical further education are merits. • We are looking for a person who has a goal-oriented working approach, is responsible and structured. • You prioritize safety for yourself and your colleagues and appreciate order and organization. • You also have the ability to solve problems with technical system issues. • Since the work involves contact with customers and business partners, good social skills are required. • You see collaboration and customer orientation as the most important success factors. • Driver's license category B is a requirement.
