About the position You will be part of a central, operations-oriented department that works with assignments for our traversers across the entire Borlänge plant. As an electrician in our traverser group, you will perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance to support high availability and development of our traversers. In the traverser group, you work independently, usually in teams of two where you are responsible for planning and execution of the jobs. The work regularly involves working at height. Your main areas of responsibility • Troubleshooting and preventive/corrective maintenance on our traversers. • Electrical maintenance of traverser equipment and its components. • Planning and preparation in the IFS maintenance system. • Root cause analysis and improvement work. • Update and develop preventive maintenance. About you • We seek you with upper secondary education in electrical, automation, control systems or drive systems, or equivalent documented knowledge in electrical work. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement as documentation and communication with suppliers are conducted in these languages. • B-class driver's license is a requirement for this position. • Previous experience as an industrial electrician or work with traversers is a merit. • You are meticulous and well-organized. • You enjoy working both independently and in a team. • You need to be able to take initiative and be driven in your work when the situation requires. • Since you will have close collaboration with both internal and external colleagues, we seek someone who is communicative and comfortable reaching out to different roles and positions within the organization.
