TRACK AND FIELD COACH on a fixed-term basis

Main job responsibilities:
Conducting track and field training sessions in interest-based education groups.
Planning training programs and developing training methodology.
Developing athletes' technical, tactical, and physical skills.
Preparing teams for competitions, participating in competitions and sports center events.
Cooperation with students, their parents, and sports complex management.
Managing program implementation and group work documentation - developing training group curriculum for licensing.
Requirements for candidates:
Higher sports pedagogical education or pedagogical education with at least Category C sports coach qualification.
Experience in a coaching position.
Knowledge of training methodology for children and adolescents.
Ability to motivate, inspire, and create a safe, positive environment.
High sense of responsibility, excellent communication and organizational skills.
Native-level proficiency in the state language.
