Rezekne Children and Youth Sports School is hiring a football coach for an indefinite period, full-time at 30 hours per week with a monthly salary of 1270 EUR (with the possibility to increase the workload).
Main job responsibilities:
• Implement professional vocational education programs in accordance with the sports school programs and teaching-training methodology;
• Plan and ensure the educational process;
• Plan, organize, and record classes and competitions in accordance with the approved class schedule and competition calendar;
• Ensure workload appropriate for students' age and physical development;
• Ensure student safety and compliance with the educational institution's internal regulations;
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to the school administration;
• Perform other duties corresponding to the position as directed by the sports school management.
Job requirements and necessary knowledge:
• At least Category C sports coach certificate in the specific sport; higher sports pedagogical education is desired (in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569);
• Ability to organize, teamwork, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• State language proficiency at the level established in regulatory acts;
• High sense of responsibility, psychological resilience, and professional communication skills.
