We were established in 1953 and today the company is clearly Sweden's largest rust protection contractor with operations at several locations in Sweden, Finland and Poland. Alucrom currently has 13 strategically located factories in Sweden, Finland and Poland. In Sweden we have factories from Nyvång in the south to Gävle in the north. Our experienced contracting team comes equipped with complete blasting and painting equipment to work on-site at customers or various objects. Our head office is located in Arendal, Gothenburg where we also have our newly built factory Arendals Backe – the Nordic region's most modern facility for heavy rust protection painting. Are you a person with experience in painting or blasting who wants to be part of Alucrom AB? Do you want to work with varied tasks and contribute to extending the lifespan of everything from small details to large structures like bridges and vehicles? We are now seeking a painter/blaster for Alucrom AB. You will work within their business areas of factory and contracting, with dynamic work that requires flexibility and readiness for travel. Whether you have extensive experience in rust protection painting or are a recent graduate, we value your competence and willingness to develop. Your main areas of responsibility include: Perform blasting and painting on various objects Work both in factory environments and out in the field Contribute to safety and quality in the work Do you have the profile we are looking for? Have experience working as a painter or blaster – perhaps from painting, workshops, industrial coating or similar. Preferably have knowledge of different blasting techniques and color theory Are used to working independently but also enjoy collaborating in a team. Take responsibility, are thorough and make sure you complete what you start. You have experience performing maintenance at customer locations You speak Swedish or English Meritorious Diploma painter qualification Forklift and overhead crane certification B-class driver's license What makes this role attractive?
