Your Responsibilities As a substitute, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences, often on short notice but also for longer vacancies. You should be prepared to be booked for work with short notice, usually the same morning. Depending on the assignment, you may work with teaching, pedagogical support, special education interventions, student support, or operational management. Your Qualifications Completed upper secondary education or equivalent. Previous experience working in education. You must be able to work at least two weekdays per week.
