Are you looking for a new full-time position where you are in the middle of processes within a global supply chain and have experience from the logistics industry? We are seeking a freight forwarder who is responsible for the business unit's transport-related matters, has oversight of outgoing and incoming goods flow, and handles associated administrative tasks. You will be the contact point for freight companies, internal functions, and other business units on transport-related matters. The company is a global technology firm focused on electrification and automation, with the mission to help industries, cities, and energy companies use electricity in a smarter, safer, and more efficient way. Your main responsibilities will include: Coordinate and book transports, including time-sensitive express deliveries and hazardous goods Monitor and follow up on deliveries Prepare export and transport documentation Handle certificate management Invoice management and license invoicing Resolve transport matters and support internal functions Compile statistics and metrics for monitoring operations Working hours are office hours Monday through Friday, and the position is full-time and should be filled as soon as we find the right candidate. You will be employed by StudentConsulting but hired out to the client company with offices in southern Malmö. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You have experience in transport and freight forwarding administration and knowledge of delivery terms and transport conditions You have strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English You have good experience with business systems, and it is a merit if you have worked in SAP, Basware, and/or MS Office If you additionally have valid training in hazardous goods (ADR, IMDG, and IATA) or relevant product knowledge, this is a merit.
