About the Position As a Freight Forwarder / Transport Planner in our transport department, you will play a central role in planning and coordinating international shipments. You will work closely with customers, carriers, and colleagues to ensure high service levels and efficient transport solutions. Your Main Responsibilities Plan and organize daily international shipments. Handle customer service inquiries and resolve customer questions and complaints. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. Proactively identify and develop new customer and supplier contacts. Ensure high quality and efficiency in the transport flow. Your Profile We are looking for someone who: Speaks and writes fluent English. Is service-oriented with good communication and negotiation skills. Enjoys customer contact and relationship-building work. Is a team player who can maintain focus even in challenging situations. Has secondary or higher education. Experience from the transport, logistics, or freight forwarding industry is a plus but not required.
