JOB DUTIES As a special education teacher, you have a central role in the school's student health work and work closely with the principal, student health team, and teaching staff. The assignment includes: • Participate in the school's promotional and preventive student health work on behalf of the principal. • Assess students' needs for special support and establish, follow up on, and evaluate intervention plans. • Coach educators and work teams in developing instruction and learning environments based on students' diverse needs. • Plan and implement competency development initiatives for staff. • Together with the principal, contribute to the school's systematic quality work through follow-up, analysis, evaluation, and development initiatives. Be an important cooperation partner between students, guardians, and school staff. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are a certified primary school teacher with a special education degree. • Have good knowledge and experience in the NPF field, for example ADHD and autism. • Have the ability to translate research, evidence, and proven experience into sustainable work methods in the school's learning environments. • Are a confident coach who can lead collegial learning and conduct training initiatives for staff. • Are structured, analytical, solution-focused, and find it easy to build trusting relationships. • Enjoy working both independently and together with others. • Have good digital competence A driver's license is desirable as the assignment may involve travel between facilities within the municipality.
