JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a special education teacher at Högalidskolan's upper secondary school, you work in close collaboration with the principal and school staff. The work involves working together with the principal to develop and shape the pedagogical work at both group and individual levels as well as at the organizational level from a promotion, prevention, and intervention perspective. You should be a support to educators on how they can structure their teaching so that education is accessible, inclusive, and creates participation for all children. You advocate for and support the work team's efforts, when needed with pedagogical assessments/action plans. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has a special education degree or other education that the employer deems equivalent. As a person, you should communicate easily, be relationship-building and see development opportunities in both children and adults. You should have the ability to analyze opportunities at the organizational, group, and individual levels. We see that you have experience with and ability to collaborate with others and that you can flexibly meet different needs in the operation. You should be creative and want to find solutions where the best interests of children are in focus. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
