JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a special education teacher at Högalid School's middle school, you work in close collaboration with the principal and staff at the school. The work involves developing and shaping the pedagogical work together with the principal at both group and individual levels as well as at the organizational level from a promoting, preventive, and intervention perspective. You should support the educators in how they can structure their teaching so that education becomes accessible, inclusive, and creates participation for all children.
You work toward and support the work team, when needed, in pedagogical assessments/action plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a special education teaching degree or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. As a person, you should communicate easily, be relationship-building, and see development opportunities in both children and adults. You should have the ability to analyze opportunities at the organizational, group, and individual levels. We see that you have experience with and the ability to collaborate with others and that you can flexibly meet different needs in the operation. You should be creative and willing to find solutions where the best interests of the children are in focus. We place great importance on personal suitability.
