Our eight municipal preschools are led by two principals in close cooperation, with a strong focus on quality and development. We are now looking for a dedicated special education teacher who wants to help develop our operations. In this role, you work closely with children, educators and parents and contribute your expertise to create accessible and inclusive learning environments. The assignment is varied and distributed between several preschools, where you have great responsibility and good opportunities to influence and take your own initiatives. At the same time, you become an important part of our child health team, where cooperation and a holistic perspective are in focus. With us you make a difference! 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES In this role, you contribute to both overall operational development and support for individual children. Your job duties include: • Mentor and develop educators' competence in pedagogical work. • Map learning environments and children's need for special support. • Design action plans together with educators. • Support and develop the organization's learning environments and basic structures. • Coordinate meetings with parents and engage in dialogue about the child's development and learning. • Create and maintain good cooperation with parents. • Be part of the Child Health Team. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • A pedagogical degree with a focus on preschool. • Special education further education (90 credits). • Several years of experience working in preschool. • Experience with children in need of special support. • Experience mentoring work teams. • Good digital skills. • A Class B driver's license and access to your own car. As a person, you are communicative and create engagement and participation. You have a holistic perspective and work in a structured way with good documentation skills. You plan and organize your work effectively and have a solution-focused approach. You cooperate well with others, are curious and want to continue developing within your specialist field.
