Assess students' needs and conduct pedagogical evaluations and recommendations Support teachers in planning, implementing, and developing adaptations and specialized support Contribute specialized education expertise to the student welfare team and the school's systematic quality work Develop an inclusive and secure learning environment, with focus on study focus and accessibility Conductor training and professional development for staff regarding accommodations and specialized support Work with follow-up and analysis of results to drive school development based on research and proven experience Qualifications You are a certified elementary school teacher with a special education degree. Experience as a special education teacher or special educator is a merit, as is experience from working in elementary school. You have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and work comfortably with digital tools in teaching and documentation. You have good didactic and pedagogical skills with focus on study focus and a good learning environment. You have the ability to lead and organize work, both independently and with colleagues. Furthermore, you have experience developing instruction based on evidence-based research and proven experience, as well as good experience using digital tools in planning, follow-up, and pedagogical documentation.
