You are a person who takes your own initiatives, is flexible in your work approach, and has a genuine commitment to school development. Since you will have many points of contact, it is important that you are a team player with good communication skills. You have an ease in collaborating and building good relationships with both students, colleagues, and guardians. You have a special education degree and are confident in coaching educators at individual, group, and organizational levels. In your work, you are experienced in mapping students' strengths and needs, and you have good routines for following up on implemented interventions. It is a merit if you have previous experience in coordinating a student welfare team, and if you have experience working with this at a school. About the Position You provide support and guidance regarding learning environments, observe teaching, and provide follow-up coaching. On your desk lies the responsibility for assessments, investigating special support needs, and maintaining intervention plans. You are a key person in the student welfare team. You participate in shaping and following up on systematic quality work within student welfare, and are part of the school's development group. About the School Innovitaskolan Motala, formerly Karin Boyeskolan, was founded in 2003. In 2021, the school became part of Innovitaskolan and AcadeMedia. The school is an independent preschool through grade 9 school with an after-school program and 390 students. The staff consists of 40 employees led by a principal and assistant principal. Our Facilities Our facilities for students in preschool class through grade 6 and after-school program are located at Folkparksgatan 15. Here we have a large school yard and close proximity to green areas and forest in Bondebacka. For the older students in grades 7-9, the school is centrally located at the transport center.
